Ready to Level Up Your Leadership Game? 

Last spring, we started a new departmental advisory group: the Kenyon Leadership Society—now affectionately known as the Society of Leaders (SOL)! This student advisory group meets every other week to partner with OSE in recognizing and empowering student organization leaders across campus.

We’re all about leadership, growth, and making a meaningful impact at Kenyon—and we’d love for you to join us in shaping this vision.We have some big plans in store for the Spring 2025 semester, and we are looking for new members to join!
 

As a member of SOL, you’ll get to:

✨ Connect with fellow leadership enthusiasts (your new squad).
✨ Help plan fun events and creative ways to shine a spotlight on all our incredible student organizations.
✨ Dive into workshops and activities that’ll boost your leadership skills now and set you up for success after life on the Hill.
✨ Give back by mentoring and supporting student org leaders as an advocate.
✨ And, of course, enjoy some SOL-exclusive perks like retreats, trips, free food, and unforgettable experiences both on and off campus!
